Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to US residents for orders above $150 USD. For all other US orders, shipping is a flat rate of $10 USD. Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a flat shipping rate of $22 USD.
We offer free shipping to Canadian residents for orders above $200 CAD. For all other Canadian orders, shipping is a flat rate of $13.50 CAD. Please note that we have temporarily suspended shipping to Quebec at this time.
We offer free shipping to Mexican residents for orders above $3000 MXN. For all other Mexican orders, shipping is a flat rate of $200 MXN.
We offer free shipping to Singaporean residents for orders above $300 SGD. For all other Singaporean orders, shipping is a flat rate of $8 SGD.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, Landmark Global, Apple Express, and Canada Post.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
We currently only ship to the Continental United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, plus Canada and Mexico at this time. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order.
I CANNOT FIND MY ORDER THAT HAS BEEN MARKED DELIVERED. CAN YOU HELP?
Please contact us if your item is missing or lost in transit. A customer service team member will assist you.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Check your email for a separate shipment email with tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. Depending on your location, it may take another 5-8 business days to arrive. Please note that our warehouses are closed on major holidays and shipping may be slightly delayed during those seasons.
