Shipping Policy
United States
We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $200. For all other U.S. orders, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a flat shipping rate of $22.
Canada
We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $300 CAD. For all other Canadian orders, a flat shipping rate of $13.50 CAD applies. Please note that shipping to Quebec is temporarily suspended.
Mexico
We offer free shipping within Mexico for orders over $3,000 MXN. For all other Mexican orders, a flat shipping rate of $200 MXN applies.
Singapore
We offer free shipping within Singapore for orders over $300 SGD. For all other Singaporean orders, a flat shipping rate of $8 SGD applies.
Malaysia
We offer free shipping within Malaysia for orders over RM 500. For all other Malaysian orders, a flat shipping rate of RM 15 applies.
We offer free shipping within the Philippines for orders over ₱8,000. For all other Philippine orders, a flat shipping rate of ₱130 applies.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS, FEDEX, Landmark Global, Apple Express, and Canada Post.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
We currently only ship to the Continental United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, plus Canada and Mexico at this time. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address of your order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Check your email for a separate shipment email with tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment. Depending on your location, it may take another 5-8 business days to arrive. Please note that our warehouses are closed on major holidays and shipping may be slightly delayed during those seasons.
